Plaster, linen, acrylic, house paint, and charcoal on cradled wood canvas board, framed in a custom maple wood floater frame. This painting is so large that it took two people to apply the linen and plaster layers. It was a labor of love due to it’s size but the presentation and gorgeous layers was well worth it!

About the painting: This painting has a special place in my heart. For a time it served as a feature wall in my gallery space. It represents for me, that sometimes we make plans and God changes those plans because He has something better for us. I love that this special piece gets a second life as beautiful textural art in a new space one day! The title is inspired by Proverbs 16:9
